This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the WolfIT platform (the “Service”) and is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. This AUP applies to you and to every Authorized User and third party acting under your account.
You will not, and will not permit any Authorized User or third party to:
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
Use the Service to stalk, harass, threaten, defame, or invade the privacy of any individual, including any individual identified in the WolfIT Corpus;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, to other customers’ accounts or data, or to WolfIT’s infrastructure;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by excessive automated requests or denial-of-service attempts;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction;
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limit, allowance, access control, rate limit, export limit, approval step, or metering mechanism;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service to impersonate any person or organization.
Access is licensed per named Authorized User. You will not share credentials among individuals or allow more than one person to use a single seat;
You will not create accounts by automated means, or create multiple accounts to evade limits, allowances, pricing, or a suspension;
You are responsible for the acts and omissions of your Authorized Users as if they were your own.
You will not use the Service, the WolfIT Corpus, or any AI Output to determine any individual’s eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or tenancy, or for any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or a similar state law. You will not market, resell, or represent the Service as a background-check, screening, tenant-screening, employment-verification, or consumer-reporting product. This restriction survives termination.
No bulk export beyond your plan’s stated allowance, and no automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction by any means other than the Service’s supported export features;
No resale, sublicensing, publication, or redistribution of the WolfIT Corpus (in raw, bulk, or substantially reconstructed form) to any third party, including your affiliates, unless expressly permitted in a written agreement with WolfIT;
No use of the WolfIT Corpus to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product, dataset, or model;
No merging of the WolfIT Corpus into a third-party database or data product that you make available to others;
Each export is subject to the notice shown in the Service’s export-confirmation flow; proceeding past that notice constitutes your acknowledgment of these restrictions;
You will honor any removal or suppression indicator surfaced by the Service, including in data you previously exported, and will delete a record from your own systems on request where the underlying individual or organization has requested removal.
Audit markers. WolfIT may include non-obvious audit markers within the WolfIT Corpus to detect unauthorized redistribution. Attempting to identify, remove, or alter such markers is a violation of this AUP.
The Service helps you find, organize, draft, and send communications, including from an account you connect. For any outreach you originate, YOU are the sender, caller, advertiser, and publisher of record — not WolfIT. You will:
Review and affirmatively approve every message or batch before it is sent, and not disable, circumvent, or automate around any approval step the Service provides;
Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate header and sender identity, a non-deceptive subject line, a valid physical postal address, and a functioning opt-out honored promptly and in any event within ten (10) business days;
Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing and automated-message statutes, and federal and state Do-Not-Call requirements. You will not use the Service or the WolfIT Corpus to send unsolicited automated calls, prerecorded messages, or text messages;
Maintain and honor your own suppression and do-not-contact list, and not re-contact anyone who has asked you to stop;
Comply with the authentication and bulk-sender requirements of major mailbox providers (including SPF, DKIM, aligned DMARC, one-click unsubscribe where applicable, and complaint-rate thresholds) for any domain you send from;
Not send outreach from, or in a way that appears to originate from, a WolfIT domain or number, and not represent that your outreach is sent by, endorsed by, or on behalf of WolfIT.
Marketing directed at individuals at residential, personal, or wireless contact points is subject to stricter rules than business-to-business outreach. If you contact consumers, you will additionally:
Obtain and retain records of prior express written consent where required for automated calls, prerecorded messages, or text messages;
Screen against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries, and maintain an internal do-not-call list;
Honor calling-time restrictions and identification requirements applicable in the recipient’s jurisdiction;
Provide clear opt-out instructions in every text message program and honor STOP requests immediately.
Information in the WolfIT Corpus is organizational, business-contact information gathered from public records. It is not consent to be contacted, it is not screened against any do-not-call registry, and it is not a lawful basis for consumer marketing.
You will connect only accounts you own or are authorized to connect, and you will not connect an account belonging to another person or organization without their authorization;
You will not use a Connected Account to give the Service access to content you are not permitted to share, including content subject to a confidentiality or professional-privilege obligation;
You will not use content obtained through a Connected Account in a manner that violates the account provider’s terms, or that would require consent you do not have;
You are responsible for disconnecting an account when you no longer have authority over it.
You will not upload to, enter into, connect to, or generate within the Service any of the following, and WolfIT is not configured or contracted to receive them:
Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, or other government identification numbers;
Payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or other financial account credentials (outside the payment processor’s own hosted checkout);
Protected health information, medical records, or other health data;
Biometric identifiers;
Consumer credit reports, credit scores, or other information subject to the FCRA or the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act;
Information about individuals known to be under 18;
Any data whose collection or processing would subject WolfIT to sector-specific regulation (for example, HIPAA or PCI-DSS scope) without a prior written agreement.
If you upload prohibited data, we may delete it without notice, and you are responsible for any resulting obligation or loss.
Where the Service generates marketing content — text, images, or video — you are the publisher. You will not use the Service to generate or publish content that:
Depicts, imitates, or clones the voice or likeness of a real, identifiable person without that person’s consent;
Uses a third party’s trademarks, logos, characters, or copyrighted works without authorization;
Fabricates reviews, testimonials, endorsements, credentials, certifications, awards, or records, or presents them as genuine;
Makes unsubstantiated performance, health, safety, earnings, or pricing claims, or otherwise violates advertising law;
Omits a disclosure required by law or by the platform where you publish it, including any requirement to identify content as AI-generated;
Targets or is designed to appeal to individuals under 18.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, for substantiating any claim it makes, and for compliance with the policies of every platform where you publish.
Your use of AI Outputs is subject to Anthropic’s Usage Policy [and, if applicable, Google’s Gemma Terms of Use and Prohibited Use Policy], incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Without limiting those policies, you will not use AI Outputs to generate content presented as legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice; to make a consequential decision about an individual without independent human review; or to develop, train, fine-tune, distill, or benchmark a competing artificial-intelligence model or service.
You will not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, or other security testing against the Service without our prior written consent. If you discover a vulnerability, report it responsibly to security@wolfit.ai and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before disclosure. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that follows this process and does not access, modify, or exfiltrate other customers’ data.
Automated access is permitted only through interfaces we document and authorize, subject to published rate limits and to your plan’s allowances. We may throttle, suspend, or block automated traffic that degrades the Service for others.
If the Service offers a marketplace, referral, or payment-facilitation feature, you acknowledge that WolfIT (via Stripe Connect or a similar regulated mechanism) does not hold or take custody of third-party funds or of your advertising budgets. You will not attempt to route payments in a manner that would require WolfIT to do so, and you will not use any such feature for money transmission, lending, escrow, or the exchange of value unrelated to the services described.

Violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms of Service. Our normal practice is graduated: we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to cure. We may act immediately and without prior notice where a violation presents a risk to the security or integrity of the Service, to other customers, or to any individual, or where the violation is unlawful or falls under Section 3 (FCRA), Section 4 (Corpus), Section 5 (Outreach), Section 6 (Connected Accounts), Section 7 (Prohibited Data), or Section 8 (Generated Content). Remedies include throttling, disabling a feature, suspension, termination, and any other remedy available at law or in equity. No refund is owed for a period during which access was suspended or terminated for a violation of this AUP.
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced as described in the Terms of Service.
